I recently stayed at Westend Minihotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was super helpful and nice. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to trams, metro, and bus stops. The room was clean and tidy, with an extension lead and plenty of duvets and blankets to keep us warm. The radiator heated up quickly and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful stay. The shared kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine was a great added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The front door of the hotel would not lock properly, which made guests feel vulnerable.
